Process Timeline

  • Cast iron, steel, brass, copper, and lead

  • Glass and crystal

  • Industrial sanblaster (supplied by Adventech) 

  • Ultrasonic cleaner

  • Vibratory tumbler

  • Rotary tumbler

  • Polishing wheel

  • GlobalMAX Waterjet 

  • Disassemble with original documentation

  • Paint and rust removal

  • Clean and polish small parts with tumblers

  • Clean and polish large parts by hand

  • Fill metal pitting and other damage with Bondo

  • Prime and paint

  • Cut replacement glass scale bed

  • Final Assembly

  • Calibrate Scale
